MailChimp

The mailing list service provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC, which does business under the name "MailChimp" and is owned by Intuit Inc., helps us to create, send and manage the newsletters and other email campaigns that we send to those users who have subscribed to our mailing lists. When users subscribe to our mailing lists, MailChimp may collect email addresses, names, post code, number of orders placed and whether or not you are on a priority list. Newsletters and other email campaigns sent by us using the MailChimp service may include single pixel gifs called web beacons. MailChimp uses these web beacons to collect information about how users use the correspondence that we send to them, such as when the newsletter was opened and whether any links within the email were clicked. The information is stored by MailChimp on their servers based in the United States.

If you no longer wish to receive correspondence from us that doesn’t relate to specific orders or your personal account, you can contact us directly and request that we delete your data. Each newsletter we send to you shall also include an option to "unsubscribe" from the relevant mailing list. If at any time you no longer wish to receive customer updates, please click the "unsubscribe" link contained in the latest correspondence you receive and you will be removed from our mailing list. Stripe:
We use Stripe to process our credit/debit card payments. Anyone involved with the processing, transmission, or storage of card data must comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We recommend that you read Stripe’s own policies for more details about their security processes and privacy arrangements. No server or person at RFnV or Stripe is able to access plaintext card numbers.
